Refund policy

Every pair of Rx Spectacle eyeglasses is made to order. Your frames are fitted with prescription lenses cut specifically to the prescription you provide. Because each pair is custom-made for you, eyeglasses are not eligible for return or refund for change of mind, fit preference, or buyer's remorse.

What we guarantee

We stand behind the quality and accuracy of every pair. If, within 14 days of delivery, your eyeglasses arrive with a manufacturing defect or were made incorrectly on our end, we'll make it right.

Covered (within 14 days of delivery)

  • Manufacturing defects — lens or frame.
  • Our processing error — lenses cut differently from the prescription you submitted at checkout.

Not covered

  • Change of mind, fit, or style preference.
  • An incorrect prescription provided by you or your eye doctor.
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or normal wear.
  • Claims made more than 14 days after delivery.

How to file a claim

  1. Email info@rxspectacle.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  2. We review your claim and confirm whether it qualifies.
  3. For approved claims, we send you a prepaid US return label. We'll first remake your eyeglasses to the correct specification; if a remake can't resolve the issue, we'll issue a full refund.

Prescription accuracy is checked against the prescription you enter at checkout — please double-check your details before ordering.
