Rx Spectacle is operated by Rx Spectacle LP ("Rx Spectacle," "we," "us," "our") and serves customers in the United States. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you submit.

Products and prescriptions

We sell prescription eyeglasses as complete sets — frames fitted with prescription lenses. Frames and lenses are sold together; they are not sold separately.

A valid, current prescription issued by a licensed eye care professional is required for prescription eyewear. You are responsible for entering your prescription accurately at checkout. Our optical team builds your lenses to match the prescription you provide. We do not provide eye exams, vision tests, or medical advice, and our products are not a substitute for professional eye care.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). The price shown at checkout includes applicable taxes, with no hidden fees. We may update prices, products, and promotions at any time. Payment is processed at the time you place your order.

Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the amount charged.
