Delivery can take up to 21 days depending on the lenses you choose — some lens types take longer to produce than others.

- Crafting — your lenses are produced after you order; timing varies by lens type.
- Transit — a few business days once your order ships.
- Total — most orders arrive within 10 to 21 days.
Tracking your order
You'll get an email confirmation right after you order, and a second email with a tracking link as soon as your pair ships.
Use your full, correct shipping address. Enter your complete shipping address at checkout so your package doesn't get lost or delayed. If a package is lost or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can't refund or replace it.
