How does Rx Spectacle work?
Browse our frames, choose your lenses, and add your measurements. Your complete pair — frames plus real lenses, never plastic demo lenses — ships free across the US.
Do I need a prescription?
Only if you want vision-correcting lenses. Clear, blue-light, and UV lenses need no prescription. Your PD is required for every order.
What is PD, and is it required?
PD is your pupillary distance — the distance between your pupils. It's required for every order so your lenses sit correctly. We recommend having it measured by an optician with proper equipment, since we build to the PD you provide.
How do I provide my prescription?
Upload it, enter the details manually, or email it to us later — whichever is easiest.
What lens types do you offer?
Both prescription and non-prescription lenses, with options from budget-friendly to premium.
Do my glasses come with real lenses?
Yes. Every pair ships with genuine, quality lenses — never the blank plastic demo lenses some sellers use.
What's included in the price?
Your frames, your lenses, applicable taxes, and free US shipping. No add-on lens fees or hidden charges.
How long until I get my glasses?
Most orders arrive within 10 to 21 days, depending on your lenses. See Delivery Time.
How much is shipping, and where do you ship?
Shipping is free on every order. We currently ship within the United States only. Please use your full, correct shipping address — packages lost due to a wrong address can't be refunded.
Can I return my glasses or get a refund?
Because each pair is custom-made, orders are non-refundable if you change your mind. We only refund or replace in three cases: your order arrives damaged, it's the wrong item, or it's not as described. See our Returns page.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email info@rxspectacle.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If your order arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or isn't as described, our optical team will remake it or we'll refund you.
