Every pair is made to order for you. Here's exactly what's covered — and how we make it right.
Last updated · June 2026Every pair of Rx Spectacle eyeglasses is made to order. Your frames are fitted with lenses built specifically to the measurements — and the prescription, when you provide one — that you submit at checkout. Because each pair is custom-made for you, eyeglasses are not eligible for return or refund for change of mind, fit preference, or buyer's remorse.

What we guarantee
We stand behind the quality and accuracy of every pair. If, within 14 days of delivery, something is wrong on our end, we'll make it right — first by remaking your eyeglasses, and by refunding you if a remake can't resolve it.
Covered within 14 days
- Your order arrives damaged or defective — lens or frame.
- Wrong prescription lenses — the lenses don't match the prescription you submitted at checkout.
- Wrong item — you received a different product than the one you ordered.
Not covered
- Change of mind, fit, or style preference.
- An incorrect prescription, PD, or measurement provided by you or your eye doctor.
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or normal wear.
- Claims made more than 14 days after delivery.
Get your measurements right before you order
Because your lenses are custom-built to the details you provide, accuracy is essential. We strongly recommend visiting an optician or eyewear store with the proper equipment to measure your PD (pupillary distance) and confirm your prescription. We are not responsible if the numbers you submit are wrong — for example, an incorrect PD, or a prescription you weren't sure of. Since these are custom-made lenses, orders placed with incorrect details that you provided can't be refunded.
How to file a claim
- Email info@rxspectacle.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We review your claim and confirm whether it qualifies.
- For approved claims, our optical team will remake your eyeglasses to the correct specification, or we'll issue a full refund if a remake can't resolve the issue.
Prescription accuracy is checked against the prescription you enter at checkout — please double-check your details before ordering.
