How do I provide my prescription?

Upload it, enter the details manually, or email it to us later — whichever is easiest. You'll add it while choosing your lenses.

What is PD, and is it required?

PD (pupillary distance) is required for every order so your lenses sit correctly. It's usually on your prescription; if not, your eye doctor can provide it.

Which lenses can I choose?

Single vision, progressive (including wide-field designs) and bifocal lenses — with clear, photochromic, anti-blue-light, polarized and tinted options, plus thin high-index materials up to 1.74. You'll see the exact options and pricing for your frame when you click “Select Lenses and Purchase”.

How long until my glasses arrive?

Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days — your lenses are crafted to order, then 3–5 business days in transit. Free US shipping on every order.

Are there any extra costs, duties, or taxes?

No surprise costs, ever. Your total is your frame plus the lens options you choose — and that's it. Shipping, import duties, customs and government taxes are all covered by us. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

What if something's wrong with my order?

Within 14 days of delivery, if something is wrong on our end — a manufacturer defect, an incorrectly filled prescription, or the wrong item — we'll make it right.
