Intellectual Property Claims
How to report suspected infringement of your trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property on rxspectacle.com — and how we act on it.
Last updated · July 25, 2026Rx Spectacle LP respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects visitors to this site to do the same. We review every properly submitted claim and act on the ones that qualify.
What every claim must include
Required in every submission
- Your relationship to the rights holder — owner, or authorized agent with authority to act.
- A description of the work, mark, or design you believe is infringed.
- The exact URL of every product page, image, or text you are reporting.
- Your full contact details: name, company, postal address, telephone, and email.
- A statement, made in good faith, that the use you report is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, made under penalty of perjury.
We cannot act on
- Reports without a specific URL identifying the material.
- Claims that do not identify a registered or otherwise protectable right.
- Anonymous submissions, or submissions from an address we cannot reply to.
- General complaints about pricing, competition, or resale.
- Requests to remove material you do not own or represent.
Proof we need, by type of right
Registration details
The registration number, jurisdiction, registration date, and the class of goods covered — for example “ABC, Reg. No. 123456, USPTO, registered 1/1/2004, Class 9”. A copy of the certificate speeds things up.
Evidence of ownership
A copyright registration, or proof of first publication, or the original file or manuscript — enough to show the work is yours and predates the material you are reporting.
Grant details
The design or patent number, jurisdiction, and grant date, together with an explanation of how the reported product falls within your claims.
Source material
The original photograph or artwork, with metadata or a publication reference showing where and when it first appeared.
How a claim is handled
- You submitSend the complete notice to info@rxspectacle.com. Our team monitors this address 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- We reviewWe check the notice against the requirements above and examine the material at the URLs you provided.
- We actWhere a claim qualifies, we remove or disable access to the material, and we contact the supplier responsible for it. We will tell you what action was taken.
Repeat infringement
We maintain a policy of terminating our relationship with suppliers whose material is the subject of repeated valid claims, and of removing their products from this site.
Good faith and misuse
Submitting a notice you know to be false, or one intended to disadvantage a competitor rather than protect a right, may expose you to liability under applicable law. We keep a record of every notice received and of the action taken on it.
